● The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
Note:
Returns are not accepted for minor cosmetic imperfections on refurbished products that do not affect functionality.

● Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage after delivery.
● Items missing original packaging, accessories, or invoices.
● Products purchased under clearance or “final sale” offers unless defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

2. Provide your order ID, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.

Note:
Products must be securely packed for return shipping to avoid further damage.

● Once approved, we will confirm whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.

● Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after return approval.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
● For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

6. Replacement Policy
● If stock is available, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
● Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 business days after return approval and typically delivered within 7–10 business days.
● No additional shipping charges apply for approved replacements due to damage, defect, or incorrect items.

7. Cancellations
● Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
● Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible; however, you may initiate a return after delivery.

● Refunds and replacements are subject to the returned product passing our quality inspection.
● Refurbished phones are certified for full functionality but may show minor external wear, which is not classified as a defect.
